I’m sure that if you read lots of webtoons then you must have at least seen ORV(Omniscient reader’s viewpoint). Let's take a look at the star of the show Kim Dokja, and his story.
The summary that covers up to webtoon(as of right now)
Kim Dokja finishes reading 3 ways to survive a ruined world. This results in the book becoming reality. Kim Dokja then uses his knowledge to get through the Scenarios from fighting off the novel protagonist. Becoming a Ruler, and preventing disasters all the way to becoming a disaster.

Kim Dokja
The main character of the show! He goes by many different names starting from Kim Dokja, The king of no killing, Yoo Joonghyuk, The demon king of salvation, Watcher of light, and darkness, Prisoner of the constrictive headband, and the most important of them all “The oldest dream”.
Now you’re probably wondering what happened in his journey. I'll talk after what the webtoon covers. He becomes the disciple of Kyrgios Rodgraim and slays the hydra. At some point, he gathers enough stories to become a constellation but sadly he has no modifier at that time.
During the 10th scenario, Kim Dokja's party is put in a situation where there is no “Demon king”. In order to complete the scenario, Kim Dokja becomes the scenario boss and turns into the demon king. This results in his modifier being created known as “Demon king of salvation”.
Later in the story, he makes a deal with “Secretive Plotter” He is unable to reveal his identity to any of his allies, thus he gains a new modifier “Watcher of light and darkness”.
Later in a sub-scenario to fulfill his deal he becomes the “Prisoner of the restrictive headband”. This has many qualities such as gaining the power of all the Sun Wukong and A great fable.
The story of his final modifier starts near the end of the story. The Secretive Plotter takes away a young Kim Dokja but without him, the world will not continue. Kim Dokja decides to become the Oldest dream. Allowing the world to continue.
In the end, Kim Dokja story is a depressive loop of sacrifice. Throughout the story, Dokja has been willing to sacrifice himself an unhealthy amount of times to the point of getting a stigma known as “Sacrificial will”(LVL ???) The LVL increases with each sacrifice from what I noticed.
With no oldest dream, the world stops time stop moving, and for the world to continue there must be the oldest dream. So Dokja uses the avatar skill so his avatar can live a life with his companions while he must dream for eternity.
So I will try to explain the loop. So the author of “3 ways to survive a ruined world” is TLS123 and is also known as Han Sooyoung of the 1864th regression. At the end of 1864, she will be sent back to her past self to write for Kim Dokja.
Yoo Joonghyuk's 0th regression begins with Kim Dokja interfering and guides Joonghyuk to an ending where all his compared are alive and happy. When Joonghyuk nears the end of his life he calls out to the oldest dream wishing to meet him. The oldest dream response was you can only meet me when you regress 1863 times, and you will lose all your memories of this regression. Dokja then becomes Joonghyuk's sponsor and gives him the stigma “Regression. Once Joonghyuk regress 1863 times will the story repeat.
