Isn’t this true of nearly every product? Most products go through the ‘crossing the chasm’ curve of early adopter -> early majority -> late majority. It’s helpful to think of each of those sections as different markets. After all, a market is composed of a set of customers that reference each other, and the early majority won’t put much weight into the references of the early adopters. I disagree that this is a FinTech-specific problem.
