3 Great ‘Personal Finance” blogs I Discovered this Year
As 2016 starts to wind down, I wanted to share three blogs I’ve been enjoying. If you’re interested in stocks, real estate, or creating a side business without giving up the security of your day job, these three blogs all bring useful nuggets of actionable information in an easily digestible format. So, in no particular order:
RBD blogs about four different investment income sources; Dividends, Real Estate, Peer to Peer Lending, and interest on Cash. He provides real, monthly investment income updates. He believes building multiple streams of income is the best way to diversify retirement income. You can also get a free eBook: 6 Easy Income Streams You Can Start Building Today. My favorite section was on ‘How to Build an Online Business’.
‘Coach’ Chad Carson writes about using real estate investing to retire early. On his site you’ll find practical strategies, step-by-step explanations, and real-world case studies. Chad’s been investing in real estate full-time since 2003. He began by flipping houses, but also focuses on buy and hold rental properties.
Nick Loper, who calls himself the Chief Side Hustler, built his business at nights and on weekends. Nick says everyone has there own reasons to side hustle and blogs about ways to earn more money, pay off debt, learn new skills, use free time more productively, and escape the ‘rat race’.
