A quick intro into Zendesk, and a walkthrough of Zendesk Guides
We are big fans of Zendesk and have seen, first hand, the value it can bring to organisations. Out of the box, Zendesk already has a suite of products that are designed to help your help desk, including Gather, Guide, and Support. The ethos of these is to help your customers better self-serve.
The Zendesk Guide product is, out of the box, a very powerful product that gives you the ability to publish knowledge articles (to internal and external customers), and to also enable a user portal and communities.
