- Mature cheddar cheese
Marinade for 20 mins+. Remembering to pierce the chicken to let the flavour get right in and not just sit on the outside.
Preheat the oven to 180c. Then make a square container out of tin foil that has a kind of lid. Place the chicken in the tin foil and close the lid to keep the moisture in then put it in the oven.
After 10 mins flip the chicken pieces and put back in for 12 mins. Take out and put to rest on plate with a small amount of cheese on top.
