Astrafite Rush Update: Launch Date, Leaderboard and Reworked Rewards

We are excited to announce that the Astrafite Rush event is launching on Friday November 4, at 12 AM UTC!

As we hone Astrafite Rush and approach its release, we wanted to provide an update around how the Event will work for players, investors and guilds. Participating in the Astrafite Rush Event

Astrafite Rush is the first Phantom Galaxies in-game Event, launching players into a race against time to mine precious Astrafite and defeat fanatical Fire Dancer pirates. Both objectives will contribute to Personal and Community Goals.

The Event takes place across 6 ‘Cycles’ over 6 weeks, each running from Friday to the following Wednesday. At the end of each Cycle, the player must visit the official Phantom Galaxies website to save their progress. This website is also where you can track progress and claim rewards after the end of the Event.

Saving progress at the end of each Cycle and claiming rewards after the end of the Event are essential steps, without which you will miss out on the benefits of the Astrafite Rush.

Leaderboard

For each Cycle, all players taking part in the Event are ranked on a leaderboard, based on their time taken to complete both objectives. If they don’t fully complete both their objectives, they are ranked based on their completion percentage (and below all players who fully completed the Cycle).

Players on the leaderboard are split into tranches, with different levels of rewards based on the tranche in which they rank.

Rewards for Personal and Community Goals

All Players

All players who rank in the top 10,000 on the leaderboard will receive ASTRAFER, based on their final position.

All players who rank in the top 10,000 on the leaderboard will also receive a bonus of 5 ASTRAFER each Cycle if the Community Goals are reached.

Planet Holders

Planet Holders will receive ASTRAFER if they rank in the top 10,000 on the leaderboard, based on their final position — the amount of tokens will be multiplied based on the Planet(s) they own. If a wallet holds multiple Planets, the multipliers are added together before being applied.

There is also a wallet cap for all Planet Holders, based on where a player finishes on the leaderboard in a Cycle. A Planet Holder may hold enough Planets to gain a significant multiplier — however, their rewards will be limited by their wallet cap.
