PG Anime Sneak Peek, NFT mints and many more Major Reveals @ Tokyo Game Show!
Phantom Galaxies debuts at its first public game show, as members of the PG Discord join the Blowfish team to showcase the game to TGS attendees! At TGS, we are partnering with YGG, a long-time supporter of PG and Animoca Brands.
During the event, visitors will be able to get a hands-on experience, guided by Luke and Heidi from the BFS team, or LordVader and Мia, who are native Japanese-speaking members of the PG Discord community — at the YGG booth (3-C02).
Visitors will also be the first in the world to get a sneak peek at the new Phantom Galaxies anime! The teaser video will be played on the big screen and at the YGG Night Party. The anime expands the PG universe (PGU), adding to the rich tapestry of interstellar storytelling. Also broadening our universe, bringing to life an array of characters and side-stories, is the new Phantom Galaxies comic series. (oh yes we did!) Across seven issues, a daring Ranger adventure unfolds, as a new recruit of the Gamma Squad is tossed headfirst into an intergalactic conflict set before the events of the Alpha. There will be a chance to mint a rare special edition of the comic, with a special cover and free physical copy. We can’t wait to share more on these projects with you!
Poster 3 NFT Minting
Of course, on Friday the Poster 3 ‘Thermopylae’ NFT will be available! Players will be able to mint the NFTs through the official Phantom Galaxies website for 0.1 ETH or 45 ASTRAFER, until all 7,788 are minted. From this supply, 50 will be retained for internal Phantom Galaxies use, and 891 compensation NFTs will be sent out this week for those affected by the Discord hack.

The ‘Thermopylae’ NFT is paving the road for new Phantom Galaxies opportunities! Players who own Poster 3 and complete ‘Episode 3 — Junk Collection’ to earn a Completion Badge will be able to mint Redeemed Poster 3 and Episode Medal 3 NFTs. Full sets of Posters (both Redeemed and Unredeemed) and Episode Medal NFTs will give players access to unique Avatars and Starfighters, with rare traits and exclusive Phantom Galaxies benefits.
