The New Frontier for Phantom Galaxies
Pilots, the excitement around our Early Access launch on November 15th is at an all-time high! We can’t wait to launch on Steam and Epic Games Store for the very first time, along with a stack of other launchers, as we welcome all our new Rangers to the Phantom Galaxies universe.
You may be wondering, what exactly can we expect from the Early Access build on launch day? And perhaps even more importantly, what other gameplay features will be delivered into the future?
Don’t worry, Rangers! This article will contain all of the answers you seek, beginning with our imminent Early Access launch.
Early Access Launch: The Next Evolution of Phantom Galaxies

With the Early Access launch comes some long-awaited functionality. Players will be able to use their generative Mechs and Avatars in-game, as well as participate in the ASTRAFER economy on Web3-integrated versions of the game. We’re introducing a wealth of quality of life improvements for the game and launcher, as well as bringing in some additional public spaces for you to enjoy.
We’ll have more detail to share about each of the above with our launch Medium article, which will be published on November 15th. We hope that you enjoy all the new content that Phantom Galaxies has to offer!
Early Access launch isn’t the end of the road, though — it’s just the beginning. We expect that Phantom Galaxies will remain in the Early Access stage for at least a year. We’re aiming for new content to keep rolling out on a monthly basis through the Early Access period and beyond, and here are just a few of the things we have in store…
Beyond November 15th: The Updates to Come
Before we begin, please note that the following items are not listed in order of release, even within their thematic groupings. We also want to make clear that all items in these lists relate only to the Unreal version of the game, and there are additional items planned for the wider Phantom Galaxies ecosystem outside of the main game itself.
