Can you coax your mind from its wandering and keep to the original oneness? Forget foolish fascinations and focus on universal form. Refrain from roving through ridiculous reasoning and redundant requests by forever realizing relaxation. Keeping to the center is key.

Can you let your body become supple as a newborn child’s? Let loose and live laid-back, leaving luxury and lust to allow love for the whole lot. Stay serene by simply showing spontaneity, soliciting to strip stubbornness and live with spiritual versatility.

Can you cleanse your inner vision until you see nothing but the light? Perpetrate perception perpetually, provoking people to pass over preference and pinpoint the polished plenty. Inspire insight and illuminate individuals, inevitably influencing others to investigate issues and insistently inquire.

Can you love people and lead them without imposing your will? Bringing bodies to believe in balance is burdensome business, but being approachable benefits all bold beasts. Exhaust estate and established eagerness, and exclude exactions when engulfed in the esteemed everything.

Can you deal with the most vital matters by letting events take their course? Abandon assumed authority and accept that all achieves absoluteness. Conceive completeness as constantly current, carelessly contemplating consequences with candid, covert caution.

Can you step back from your own mind and thus understand all things? Meticulously meddling in mental missions means meaningful matters are missed or omitted. Time takes no favorites, alternatively telling twigs they are not obligatory in the total.

These questions seem straightforward, yet I am steadily confused how to reply. The appropriate answer is an easy “yes”, but is this response honest? Will I truly be able to abide by these enlightening concepts, or will I be lost in a large, limited lake of longing? Do I even comprehend these proclamations enough to explain them? I doubt I’ll ever know.

Uncertainties swim in my skull, sharks seeking schools of fish to snack on. They find no food, stay submerged and pace the base of the sea with sheer salacity. This need to know goes against the statements I study, so I steadily survey the scripture and polish my observations.

There is no end when examining entirety, no closure when considering the cosmos. Whatever I receive I give back, passing my grasp to the next person with a dazed gaze. Giving birth and nourishing, having without possessing, acting with no expectations, leading and not trying to control; this is the supreme virtue.
