Philip Bowman’s work with Peerless Surgical includes educational activities as well as sales. He designed and established a large-scale training center in Charlotte, North Carolina, allowing more than 400 healthcare professionals to further their surgical educations.
As leaders in the orthopedic industry, Arthrex maintains a commitment to surgical education. To this end, the company maintains Surgical Skills Training Centers in five states across the US as well as a campus in Munich, Germany.
At Surgical Skills Training Centers, surgeons from around the world can gain practical, hands-on experience in state-of-the-art labs overseen by today’s orthopedic leaders. Class sizes are small, allowing each participant to receive personal attention from both instructors and on-site support staff.
Arthrex Training Centers feature arthroscopic dry and wet lab simulators as well as the latest in instruments and implants. Cadaveric specimens are also provided to each pair of participating surgeons.
