We launched V.1 of Lyle last week! Lyle is an AI-Powered weight loss app exclusively for men. We make nutrition easy for guys who want to lose a few pounds. Nothing complicated, no “hacks” just straight-up good nutrition.

We started Lyle because there’s nothing out there for guys who just want to lose a few pounds. Everything is either female focused or bodybuilding centric. There was no middle ground for guys who just wanted to lose weight and feel good.

We also found that the two areas where guys struggle the most when it came to managing their weight were:

  1. Knowing what to eat without defaulting to chicken breast, sweet potatoes and broccoli for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (yes, we’ve ALL been there)
  2. Actually being bothered to go and purchase what they need from the grocery store.

What makes Lyle different from anything else is that we’re not a calorie counter or fitness tracker, there’re enough of those out there. We simply tell you what to do then hold you accountable by checking in with you. Your home screen doesn’t consist of an obnoxious wheel at the centre of the screen telling you how many calories you’ve got left, it’s simply a chat screen so you can talk to your AI weight loss coach Lyle whenever you like.

What you can expect from Lyle:

  • Daily interactions to hold you accountable to your goals
  • Weekly nutritional programs (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) delivered through the app every Saturday
  • Snack recommendations on request
  • Weight logging
  • Grocery delivery from our fulfillment partners: Instacart, Amazon Fresh, Walmart. (depending on location)

When you upgrade to Lyle Premium you’ll also get a 14-day free trial! Download Lyle today and let us know what you think.

Would love any feedback you might have so please feel free to email me directly.
