Photomyne is happy to announce an iPad-optimized experience, now live with the latest app update on the App Store (July 2017). This is one of the most requested development addition we’ve gotten from our devoted users, so we decided to offer just that.

iPad users, this one’s for you

So what makes version 8.0 Photomyne’s best iPad update? A few things: First, the app (both free and paid) now operates in landscape mode. This means the entire Photomyne experience (from scanning to browsing, sharing and saving) is designed to use your iPad’s landscape mode for enhanced visuals and orientation.

Second, photo tagging (adding your photo’s story, location, names and dates) is much more convenient using your iPad’s landscape-mode keyboard. In addition, if you have a Photomyne account and you’re using the Photomyne app on your iPad, you’re welcome to log in to your account on photomyne.com and enjoy the iPad’s larger screen for browsing and saving photos online.
