Troubleshooting while scanning

I see a black screen when trying to scan. What can I do?


This has probably happened because you didn’t authorize the app to use the iPhone camera when first launching the app. To solve this please do the following:

Open the iPhone Settings screen > Choose Photomyne > Switch the camera toggle “ON” (slide the button from gray to green).
