You can scan pictures with an iPad, no problem. Please keep in mind that older versions of iPad have only 5 Megapixel cameras, while the new model has an 8 Megapixel camera.

For best scanning results we recommend you use an 8 Megapixel camera (or higher).

For viewing you can download the scanned photos from the app to your iPhone and then transfer them to your iPad or any other computer.
