Introductions are important !

“Hi , This is Priya. I am a Business Development Manager at Chillr.”
“Hey there, My name is Leena and I am Fashion Designer.”
“Namaste, I am Pushpa and I am a housewife.”

Things we hear quite often in our everyday lives, isn’t it?

When we meet new people or address a crowd, the first thing we do is introduce ourselves.

So If I were to ask you who you are, would you tell me that you are a 25 year old beautiful woman, who wakes up with a dream to look her best and to do her best everyday?
Who wants to eat just right to fit into that old kurta from college and imitates her favourite movie star in front of the mirror, when alone?
Who has that little OCD, so she can’t leave the house or go to sleep without checking if all the taps in the house are closed?

Would you?

Thats the thing with introductions today. It only tells you a part of what a person does and not who the person is.
A person apart from what they do for a living can be a lot of things. For eg- a Carpenter is also a loving husband, a responsible father, a joker amongst his childhood friends, a loner, a teetotaller.

So here I am, introducing myself with my first ever blog post with love.

I am a Chocolate loving, God fearing, Modi believing person from a traditional background with a stir of modern outlook. I have love for kids, pets, nature and everything innocent and original. Not a huge fan of artificial things are we?
An engineer by qualification and a tailoring artist by passion.
I am the same girl you saw at marine drive eating raw mango the other day and yes the same girl you will find at PVR every Friday. Because yes, movie buff !
I am the girl next door who is the biggest fan and the worst critic of her own.

Keep coming back for more dessert for thought ! Will you? :)
