I definitely agree that fresh air and being outside helps. I went for a walk with a coworker today to the grocery store and am going for a lunch-time walk with a different coworker tomorrow, going for a walk on Thursday after work. I don’t have any windows near me at work but there’s one in a stairwell that has a window sill large enough to sit on so I’m going to try to grab ~5 minutes a day there. Air and sunlight always help lift me out of the fog a little. thanks for the suggestion and I’m sorry to hear you’re having a really difficult few months as well.
