Wow, that’s a lot of complicated things going on in your life now.

yeah I’m trying to stop running through the full list in my head and focus on just a couple small things I can do that will immediately help me feel better, so I have healthy breakfast/lunches for the week, BF and I are going to try to have a fun dinner date out tonight, I have therapy tomorrow, and Thursday I’m going to make myself leave work while it’s still light out and go for a walk while it’s nice out and there’s light. :) I also just keep reminding myself that things always get better eventually, so I just need to ride this out and try to make better choices in the mean time
