At the end of it all it’s up to the designer and/or developer to educate the client about practical and impractical implementations. The client probably won’t know. All they know is, “ooo, sparkles!”, but they won’t know if those sparkles are made of dried flakes from cow chips, or if they’re made of angel tears.
