Good post, really. I 100% agree with the paragraphs when you explain how ”RPA offers a three-fold upgrade to your current career position”!
The company I’m working for, Contextor, is a software vendor which has deployed RPA for more than 10 years, and mainly attended RPA bots running on PC desktops. From what we’ve seen in many industries — banking and finance, energy, utilities, telecom, retail, public services etc — and the feedback we received from our customers, attended RPA is really a way to improve both customer experience and employee engagement & experience. As it augments the ability of employees to leverage their human skills, it does not “kill their jobs” at all!
