Migration Overview

Phase 0: Pre-Migration (2 weeks) — Complete!

1. Preparatory steps both technically, procedurally, as well as communication to prepare for the migration
2. This constitutes a TWO WEEK NOTICE that the token migration from $PINKPANDA to $BAM officially begins on Wednesday May 25, 2022. We will get specific with the time but expect prior to noon EST

Phase 1: Migration Window Open (72 hours) — AM Wed May 25th to AM Sat May 28 EST — Complete!

1. This is the opening of the “Migration Vault’’ window, which will last 72 hours. During this time, you will be able to “deposit” your $PINKPANDA tokens via our “Vault” which will accumulate the tokens for migration. This link will be available on the Pink Panda website https://pinkpanda.io

Phase 2: Migration Window Closed (~ 12 hours but probably much faster) — Sat May 28 PM EST- Complete!

1. Once 72 hours have passed, any deposits in the “Vault” will not be valid for redemption. Please be sure to deposit your $PINKPANDA during this 72 hour time frame
2. The $PINKPANDA/BNB liquidity pool will be swapped for BNB by the “Vault” wallet. This will likely begin with a test transaction, then several transactions to fully swap for BNB. This will drive the price to (near) zero and the chart will react accordingly
3. The Bamboo liquidity pool will be supplied with 100% of the BNB received from step 2 and paired with the equivalent $BAM to create the equivalent market cap at Phase 1: step 1. Active trading of $BAM may begin once this is complete

Phase 3: $BAM Redemption (Ongoing…)

1. You will then be able to redeem your Bamboo tokens at the Pink Panda Website https://pinkpanda.io
2. You will receive the same proportion of $BAM to supply as you deposited of $PINKPANDA into the Vault at the close of the migration window. 1% of $PINKPANDA supply pre-migration will equal 1% of $BAM supply post-migration
