Hello PlayFam,

Since the launch of our project, we have been receiving fantastic feedback from the community, and we want to start this announcement with a big thank you. With you on our side, we’re unstoppable!

As we say in our documentation, our roadmap is adaptable, and we will always take the community’s feedback very seriously. One of the most consistent feedback we have received is the concerns of many community members about investing in a public sale without having some proof that our P2E Protocol will work.
We get it, we have a unique project that can potentially disrupt the GameFi industry, and some of you might think it’s too good to be true.

So what can we do to address the community concerns?

We have decided to adapt our roadmap, postpone the public sale, and anticipate the beta test of the P2E Protocol. This way, you can see and test our protocol and then decide to invest or not in the sale.

To make this change possible without a considerable delay, we will also adapt the P2E development.

Let’s break this down:

Initially, we scheduled the public sale to start on the 9th of April, and we expected to begin the Play2Earn beta testing somewhere in Q2 2022.

We canceled this timeline. The new timeline will be:

  • The P2E PC beta testing will start in April.
  • We will release the new date of the Public sale once the community and team are both satisfied with the Beta testing results.

This change is only possible because our development team is ahead of schedule.

As for a dev update, we have the P2E Protocol smart contract mainly done, it will most likely need some changes as we develop it, but the main logic is working. We can now link the required off-chain with on-chain data and interop with both! The best part is that we don’t need external oracles like chainlink or other providers, and we developed this entirely in-house.

The game detection and logging are still ongoing but looking promising; we can already populate actual data that P2E Protocol will use to calculate your rewards.

Of course, it’s still too early to give you more spoilers.

To speed things up, we will start with PC Dev since it’s where most of you are, heh, PC Master Race, right? We’re with you on this one! Also, it makes much more sense to start on the PC as all the tools can be developed by us entirely, and design the entire flowchart of events much faster!

After the beta test and successful mainnet launch, we will start with console development.

So, with your help, let’s get this party started, shall we?
