The range of prices continues to swell in February. The median sales price is up by 8% from $834,000 in January to $903,000 the following month. On average, the closed sales during February got 100% of their asking price. In fact, they have been closed to 100% for over a year. The price per square foot declined by 1.6% from $434 in January to $427 in February.
