They join as a partner for Plug and Play’s newest location in São Paolo, Brazil, which will launch on September 18, 2019. This is Plug and Play’s first official office in South America. Through this partnership, Klabin will gain access to Plug and Play’s global network of startups, corporations, and investors.

“The innovation theme has gained more and more strength at Klabin. The actions on this front have been focused on the exchange of knowledge and opportunities with various stakeholders, which connect to the main challenges of the company. By becoming partners in an important platform like Plug and Play, we will have the chance to boost the work that is already being developed, focused mainly on the search of increasingly sustainable solutions,” says Francisco Razzolini, Director of Industrial Technology, Innovation, Sustainability, Projects and Pulp Business at Klabin.

The opening event of the accelerator’s headquarters, in São Paulo, will be on September 18th.
