On account of the Easter holidays and mostly internal (confidential) nature of our current progress, this week’s public report is rather light. However, everything is moving forward behind the scenes. We are now hiring additional employees to join the Plutus team and help us provide superior customer service.

Most importantly we are looking for a Community Manager, which is a fully remote and competitive position that may be interesting to anyone with significant cryptocurrency experience.

Your responsibilities as Community Manager:

  • Helping to build and expand our community
  • Representing the Plutus brand
  • Providing the highest level of customer service at all times through voice, chat, e-mail and social media.
  • Coaching and informing colleagues regarding all team activities and processes
  • Able to run and manage a team of customer service providers

What your day will look like at Plutus:

  • You will answer queries on the in-app chat and/or Telegram
  • Helping customers solve issues
  • Running and managing work related tools, such as Intercom
  • Writing and updating business procedures to improve customer service
  • Systems and UAT testing to meet business needs
  • Quality analysis, coaching and feedback, management reports based on the customers you interact with, as well as your team of customer service providers

What we look for in a Community Manager:

  • Has a solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin and Ethereum
  • Must be a people person and team leader
  • Engages with the community in a way that increases trust
  • Is quick to flag and report issues and/or bugs
  • Comes up with independent results-oriented solutions
  • Collaborates with management to improve the product offering

Stability is important. Our development team has been working overtime to resolve login issues, validation issues, Android-related bugs, and more. We have added client-side verification to several aspects of the app, as well as automated testing and improved error handling to several client and server-side processes. As you may already be aware, our development is an ongoing, evolving process and we are fully committed to maintaining an efficient and stable system for all our services.
