I challenge everyone reading this to look in the mirror, & say, “I love you.” Truly mean it. I also challenge you tell tell someone (or more than one person) that you love, you love them. Don’t think about if they’re gonna say it back or if they feel the same way, just say it knowing you are capable of love.
