A windfarm is being built off of Block Island. The first of 5 Turbines has been erected and it looks pretty cool from here, about 10–15 miles offshore. You probably can’t see it, but that’s BI in the distance. An utterly perfect day.

Started reading a Stephen King book; the boy from The Shining is all grown up. And it’s not going well. I love SK; the fact he is a native New Englander (Maine-iac) is a bonus.

There are few more perfect things than reading on the beach, not a care in the world.
