Veronica. You are being dishonest. Not only only intellectually dishonest — a mesh of facts and understanding — but flat-out, dishonest. As in falsehood. She has not responded to me since my first post and my responses to others. So don’t say that.

I’m not asking you or saying please, I’m simply telling you. You’re not telling the truth. ByeFelicia is free to say and write whatever she wants. And because she posts here, she should be adult enough to endure critiques and criticisms of amd yes: emotional reactions to her work.

It’s just that simple.

Her piece in my O P I N I O N was written from a place of selfishness and desire to be recognized as somehow Being brave. Oh. And yeah, in response to Formation and her own WW feels of being one of the misunderstood and/or “us.” It felt entirely like: Oh, my best friend is Black so I can’t be racist.

So. You may think I’m an asshole for saying what I did. That’s fine. But you don’t get to actually lie about what I said, or make up things wholesale to try to make me look dishonest. I mean, you Can do it, of course. But I will not let it go unchallenged.

Any writer with their salt is open to having their stuff critiqued when they publicly post. Even ByeFelicia. If not, they should invest in a diary and keep it under their beds.
