Jitender Singh Tomar, a law minister with fake degree

Tomar was elected from Tri Nagar constituency. It is unearthed that Avadh University did not award him a bachelor degree in BSc. Moreover, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University told the court that the university did not find any record of awarding Tomar a law degree. Kejriwal despite knowing the fact gave him such a responsible portfolio of Law Ministry.

Akhilesh Tripathi, a rioter

The AAP legislator from Model Towan had been chargesheeted by police on the charges of rioting in 2013, rioting armed with weapons and obstructing a public servant in discharge of public functions. During the trial, he had exempted the hearings of court and got warning from the magistrate also. Tripathi was allegedly beaten up by people who were caught distributing alcohol by him. Manoj Kumar, a cheater

Kumar who is representing Kondli constituency was arrested in a case cheating and land grabbing. He was arrested by team of New Ashok Nagar Police Station of East Delhi. The complainant has alleged that Manoj Kumar produced fake proprietorship documents of a plot in Kondli area of East Delhi and accepted around Rs 6 lakh from one Vijay Kumar. He made the deal on the plot by showing it as his own, which now is being said to be owned by one ML Verma.

Surinder Singh, a Gunda

The AAP MLA from Delhi Cantonment was arrested along with several others of beating a New Delhi Municipal Council worker. He had given wrong information before filing affidavit while contesting elections that he is graduated from Sikkim University but he was actually graduated from Eiilm Sikkim University. Why he deliberately manipulated the facts?

Somnath Bharti, anti-feminist

Bharti, who represented Malviya Nagar constituency, was arrested in September 2015 on a domestic abuse case after his wife alleged he beat her for a long period. A non-bailable warrant was also issued against him by a Delhi High Court. The Delhi High Court rejected his anticipatory bail plea and he finally surrendered at the Dwarka Police Station under directions from the Supreme Court.

Bhavna Gaur, a fake graduate

A legislator from Palam assembly seat, Gaur has been facing trial of fake graduate degree. She had furnished different information about her educational qualifications in her two election affidavits filed during the Delhi assembly elections in 2013 and 2015. In 2013, she claimed to be Class 12 pass but in the 2015 affidavit, she mentioned herself as a Delhi University graduate and holding a Bachelor of Education degree from Maharshi Dayanand University in Rohtak.

Ashish Khetan, from steno to a Journalist

The senior leader of AAP Ashish Khetan has been accused of indulging in paid journalism. The former AAP leader Prashant Bhushan has accused him of indulging in paid journalism when he was working for Tehelka. Bhushan alleged that Khetan’s inclusion in the national disciplinary committee, saying that he has been accused of “writing a planted story for Tehelka in defence of Essar company which was chargesheeted by CBI in the 2G case”.

Kumar Vishwas, a “molester”

Delhi police had received a complaint against AAP leader, Vishwas for sexually harassing a woman volunteer of AAP. The woman had alleged that Vishwas tried to exploit her sexually at a luxury hotel in Delhi.
