AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal had written a book, “Swaraj” and he published the book right before launching his party AAP in November 2012. The so called honest and austere Chief Minister of Delhi had started showing his colours when he had copied the content of another book in “Swaraj”.

The self-centred Chief Minister had written a book depicting the vision of true “Swaraj”. In January, 2014, a Noida based writer filed a case of plagiarism against Arvind Kejriwal in a local court or Noida. A Noida based writer, Ajay Pal Nagar had alleged that Kejriwal’s book Swaraj has copied the contents in his book titled “Bharatiya Raj Vyawastha”.

As per the information by Nagar, he had published the book in February 2012. According to him, he had sent the book to Kejriwal through speed post on March 26, 2012 and he had sent the book to Sahitya Academy of Delhi on March 20, 2012. He had claimed that he had proof that Shiktya Academy

Nagar told that one of his friends told him that the content of Kejriwal’s book is similar to his book. He was astonished to see the content of Kejriwal’s book which was very much similar with his Bharatiya Raj Vyavastha.

He lodged a complaint against Kejriwal in Badalpur Police station in December 2012. Moreover, he had written a letter to Kejriwal in this regard but he did not receive any reply from Kejriwal. Finally he had no other option left except approaching the court. Moreover, the court had accepted the case also.

The news reports published in print media had carried the statement of Ajay Pal Nagar, the news report mentioned the author’s state, Nagar said, “I wrote the book, Bharatiya Raj Vyawastha, with 10 years’ experience of my social life. I met eminent lawyers, socialists, constitutional experts and many more before writing the book. As I was impressed with Arvind Kejriwal and his team during Anna movement, I sent a copy of my book to Kejriwal but he took unfair advantage of it. I have moved court for action against him for exclusive theft and a case under Section 200 of CrPc has been registered against Kejriwal. The court could serve notice to him. If required I will move upper courts for justice,”

Acha Arvind Ne Aisa Kiya, Anna Hazare

He said that he had written two letters to Anna Hazare. He further said that Anna’s assistant said Anna was shocked when he read the letter. Anna’s words were, “Acha Arvind Ne Aisa Kiya (Oh, Arvind has done this)”

I challenge Arvind to confront me, Ajay Pal

The author of “Bharatiya Raj Vyawastha” had openly challenged Kejriwal to come in front of the public and explain about his content written in the book. To escape from the plagiarism, Kejriwal had used some official documents in his book. Ajay Pal Nagar openly said that Kejriwal that he has no fear if Kejriwal drags him in the court as he has everything to support his statement.
