Kejriwal, a real enemy of farmers

Yogesh Dahiya, a tainted leader is the member of AAP’s agriculture reforms committee

The Chief Minister of Delhi always claims to be the biggest supporter and messiah of farmers. Actually, Kejriwal is a real enemy of farmers who has appointed a leader involved in a scam in AAP’s agriculture reforms committee.

When Arvind Kejriwal had founded the “Aam Aadmi Party” he was repeatedly boasting that the party would give clean image leaders to the country. Moreover, the person with a criminal background would not be entertained in the party.

However, the so called “Aam Admi” Kejriwal befooled the public. The tainted leaders are enjoying good positions in the party. Yogesh Dayiha is a member of AAP’s agricultural reforms committee.

Yogesh Dahiya came in the police scanner after the Saharanpur police had registered a FIR against five people including Dahiya in connection with a scam of Rs 300 crore in acquisition of the land from the farmers.

On the directions of local Chief Judician Magistrate of Saharanpur, a FIR was registered against him for cheating the farmers. A complaint Pahal Singh with three others had given a complaint against Dayiha for cheating the farmers.

As per the petitioners, Dayiya along with the then ADM Randhir Singh Chauhan and GAIL AGM K P Singh while acquiring the land for the GAIL pipeline had siphoned off over Rs 300 crore by not paying the adequate compensation to the farmers.

Charges against Dayiha in FIR

A FIR registered against Dayiha at Sadar Bazar Police Station in Saharanpur under IPC section:

420: Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property

468: Forgery for purpose of cheating.

470: A false document or Electronic Record made wholly or in part by forgery is designated “a forged document or electronic record”.

471: Whoever fraudulently or dishonestly uses as genuine any document or electronic record which he knows or has reason to believe to be a forged.

120B: Criminal conspiracy.

Dayiya was AAP candidate from Saharanpur

Arvind Kejriwal had allocated the Lok Sabha ticket from Saharanpur to Dayiha in 2014. Kejriwal knew that Dayiha is involved in the scam but he did not speak on the issue. Moreover, the tainted leader contested elections from AAP’s ticket. The person involved in the scam related to the farmers was also included in the AAP’s agriculture reforms committee.

Double standards of Kejriwal

On one hand, Kejriwal speaks about farmers and on another hand; he is helping the person who is the biggest enemy of the farmers. Moreover, Kejriwal was exposed when a farmer committed suicide during Kejriwal’s rally.

He was a silent spectator of the event. Even AAP leaders and supporters did not stop the farmer to commit suicide.
