Phoolka maintains a choke hold over 1984 cases

H S Phoolka

An interesting fact regarding the so called “messiah” of 1984 anti-Sikh riot victims revealed that the lawyer, H S Phoolka deliberately maintained a choke hold over the 1984 cases.

A source in Delhi said that Phoolka who had not even maintained a chokehold over the cases to get the political mileage but he also recommended his immediate juniors to fight 1984 cases.

As per the information, during the 31 years, Phoolka had recommended his juniors to fight the cases and it’s a shocking fact that they were given payments for appearing on the behalf of victims.

A person who had just started his career from a single case and even he claimed that he did not demand fee for the cases can be a “crorepati”. A probe into the income and property of the AAP leader can expose Phoolka.

He always approaches the victims who filed their cases in the courts at Delhi. Moreover, he insisted himself to appear on their behalf despite knowing the fact that the victims had already taken the services of lawyers.

Especially in the case of Lakwinder Kaur and Sheela Kaur against Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar, Phoolka deliberately appeared at court hearings despite the victims hired their lawyers.

A victim on anonymity basis said, “If this is not benefiting from the cases of the riots, then what we will call this?”

AAP leaders hand in glove with Congress

The AAP leaders H S Phoolka and the supremo of AAP Arvind Kejriwal had promised the victims to put the culprits behind the bars. However, the AAP had be fooled the public after the first election when AAP got the support from Congress to form the government.

A recent picture of Arvind Kejriwal holding hand of Tytler exposed Kejriwal’s hypocrisy and Phoolka did not bother to comment on the picture of his boss with the culprit Congress leader Jagdish Tytler.

How come a lawyer can generate crores of property from a single case?

Phoolka always claim that he fought the cases for the 1984 riot victims free of cost. Moreover, no one has seen Phoolka busy in other cases so how come it is possible for a lawyer who offered free services can make a property worth of crores?
