After captain all Congress elected members termed as ‘inaccessible’
“After Punjab Congress chief, Captain Amarinder Singh, angry workers of Congress workers in Punjab have vented out anger against the elected member and branded them as inaccessible.”

Autocracy rules functioning of Congress party, from top to bottom. Captain Amarinder, who is popularly called as “maharaja sahib’ is known for his autocratic style of functioning. Always surrounded by a coterie, he never pays heed to the problems faced by party workers and the communications channel has been cut off between top state leadership and party workers.
Congress leaders facing the heat of angry party workers
Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) has already gained the dubious distinction of being braded as ‘inaccessible’. Now the party workers are up in arms against the entire elected member MPs and MLAs of congress party and have branded them as ‘inaccessible’.

Negative or destructive leaders tend to separate, divide, and create unrest within team members and that seems to be apparent in congress party. It is the negative trickle down effect, which has entwined into the DNA of congress party. Be it the family legacy with Gandhi family at the top or the captain’s style of functioning, there is no end to the negative factors affecting congress party.
Party workers walk out of the meeting
Captain Amarinder held two meetings, first with workers of urban constituencies of Jalandhar, and second with workers and office-bearers of rural constituencies. Both the meetings were affected with heated arguments and unruly behavior of the party workers. Most workers and even office-bearers, however, were much agitated and causing much embarrassment to state leadership eventually all of them walked out of the meetings on both the occasion.
Besides Captain Amarinder, other Congress leaders, including district Congress committee president (Urban) Rajinder Beri, industrialist Gautam Kapur, former minister Avtar Henry failed to control the “unruly” party workers and office-bearers.
