You can take up yoga. You can run a marathon. You can run a half-marathon. You can cycle (soulfully) in tight shorts. You can lie on your couch eating popcorn and binge watching shows about superheroes. You can go to therapy. You can become a therapist. You can decide therapy is bunk. You can go vegan or vegetarian or gluten free or low carb or low fat. You can learn to cook. You can eat all your meals from a blender. You can get a black belt, a PhD, or both, or neither. You can go back to college. You can drop out of college. You can read philosophy. You can change jobs, change cities, change spouses, change hairstyles. You can slow down, be mindful, do less, do more, do more before 5 am than others do all day. You can work 4 hours or 8 or 12 or none. You can shut down all your social media or you can evolve your Personal Brand. You can quit drinking. You can start drinking (soulfully). You can write a novel or a poem or graffiti. You can just imagine writing a novel or a poem or graffiti. You can take a walk. You can just stand there. You can pray. You can meditate. You can spend time with friends. You can lose all your terrible friends and start over. You can have more and better sex. You can have less and more mediocre sex. You can go celibate. You can have kids (maybe not in that order). You can be consciously child-free. You can adopt. You can make more money and buy a better house. You can become a minimalist and say goodbye to all that. You can smooth out the wrinkles in your clothes and your face. You can stay hydrated. You too, yes you, can live your best life by following these simple steps. Easy as a pie chart.
