For instructions with more explanation, you can also refer to the UtilityX Bridge User Guide.

You must have an EOS account, a Telos account, and the Anchor wallet for this process.

  • If you use another wallet, you may wish to try the beta Alcor Bridge, but use caution as it is still being developed.
  • To purchase a new EOS account, visit the EOS Account Creator.

Note: This process requires two transactions: one on Telos to send the tokens and one on EOS to receive them. You’ll need to wait a few minutes for the first transaction on Telos to reach irreversibility before you can claim the transaction on EOS.

1. Go to https://www.utilityx.io/bridge and in the Source chain drop-down menu, select TELOS. Under the Destination chain drop-down menu, select EOS.

2. Click Connect Wallet to log in with your Telos account and then your EOS account. Follow the prompts to open Anchor and complete the signing requests.

3. Enter the amount of TLOS that you want to transfer. It is always a good idea to test with a small amount before sending larger amounts. Click Transfer.

4. A confirmation message will appear. Review your request, read and accept the Terms & Agreements, and click Execute.

5. Keep both the Bridge page and Anchor wallet open throughout the entire process, including two wallet transactions, first for the Telos source chain and then for the EOS destination chain. After you sign the first transaction, wait for the finality progress indicator to reach 100%.

6. Then your wallet will prompt you to sign the transaction for the destination chain account. Wait for the proof progress indicator to reach 100%.

7. When the indicator reaches 100%, a transaction report will appear.

Your transfer is complete!

If your transfer is interrupted

If your transfer fails for some reason, you can find it on the Previous Transactions tab. You’ll see “Failed” under the Status column. Click Retry to resubmit the transaction.

You must be logged in to both accounts that you used for the previous transaction to view your history and pick up where you left off with the transfer.
