Someone did in the southwest suburb of Chicago, Willowbrook for the Tuesday lotto draw.

Are you a lottery winner to the tune of $700,000? The winning lottery ticket is yet to be claimed.

The Lucky Day Lotto ticket was bought at Quick Mart, in Clarendon Hills Road, says the Illinois Lottery. The winning ticket matched all five numbers of 15, 19, 25, 34 and 40 and the lucky winner has a year from the original purchase date of January 12th to collect the prize at one of the five prize centres.

The Quick Mart that sold the winning Illinois Lottery ticket (IL Lottery Mega Millions) will receive a 1% bonus of $7,000.

A Pop-u-Lotto spokesman commented: “The prize centres to claim the lottery winning ticket are located in Rockford, Chicago, Des Plaines, Fairview Heights and Springfield. If you’re the lottery winner we advise you to keep it safe, sign the back, and keep it somewhere safe. If you think you may have bought a ticket from that outlet, at that time, check your lottery results online, retrace your steps, and — most importantly in a situation like this — look down the back of the sofa!”

“We hear stories of what might have been all the time at Pop-u-Lotto. We urge all Illinois Lottery (Illinois Lottery Office chicago) players from the Willowbrook area to check everywhere the winning ticket could be. Good luck!”
