Help people improve together
Or why you should use PowerCouple
How many Mondays have you started that diet? How many gym cards have you let expire in your wallet? And what about that tap dance class you always dreamed of?
It’s not easy when you’re the only one cheering at the finish line. “I would totally do that if someone else would come with me” is the thing you tell yourself while you’re indulging in another happy hour or a Netflix and chill night.
And you’re right. Still lazy, but right. Research from University College of London demonstrated that couples are three times more likely to succeed in keeping up with an activity if they do it together. We strongly believe that this result can apply also to non-romantic couples: your best friend, your sibling, your colleague.
And we’re here to help you.
We founded PowerCouple with a very clear mission in mind: to help people improve, together.
The process is very simple. First of all you have to find a PowerPartner. Again, romance is optional: pick your friend from school and start dancing classes again or your colleague for post office work out sessions; it doesn’t matter as long as you’re really committed to pursue your goal.
Once you both joined and created your PowerCouple profile, you can start planning your activities together. We’ll be suggesting some, and you can also upload yours.
Every activity completed make you earn points. Every 1,000 points you reach a new level of ability and get amazing rewards. How cool is that?
We are also well aware that you’re very busy and probably don’t have time to go and find the right offer. But no worries, we took care of this for you too: on the activity page you’ll find incredible deals with the best places in London.
Are you still not entirely into this?
Well, a little bird told us you can’t resist a little competition. That’s why we’re giving you the chance to challenge your friends to complete new tasks and step out their comfort zones.
We’re looking forward to see what you can achieve together!
