The Creator’s Journey

The Ordinary World

Shazar is a young man living on the moon. He is an ordinary person who has a recurring dream. A dream that alludes to travelling to the planet Neptune.

Born on the wrong side

The inhabitants of Triton are born on the dark side. The cultural belief is that a baby comes to life in the darkness of the womb, and therefore must come into this world in darkness, lest the light be too powerful and fatally burn the infant..

At the time of his birth, Shazar’s mother, Tarrina, was working on the light side of the moon. She was the caretaker of the Temple of Zarsh, the god of light and wisdom. Tarrina was not expected to give birth for another month, and so had not yet traveled to the dark side for delivery. One day at the temple she felt the pain of birth, and swiftly baby Shazar was born in the temple of Zarsh. Tarrina was frightened and did not know what to do, for it was forbidden to give birth on the lightside of the moon, much less in the Temple of Zarsh. Tarrina laid there crying and beseeching the god of light and wisdom to give her guidance. All of a sudden she had a vision. A vision of Zarsh instructing her to wrap the baby up, and tie it around her waist as if she had never given birth and go home. Before Tarrina could leave she received a message from God Zarsh about the boy:

“Shazar is a fruitful ray of light,

a fruitful light near the horizon,

whose waves climb over into unawareness.

With bitterness miners attacked him;

they shot at him with hostility.

But his light remained steady,

his strong arms stayed balanced,

because of the hand of the Mighty One of Zarsh,

because of the Guide, the Rock of Monstra,

because of your Oversoul, who helps you,

because of the Wise, who blesses you

with blessings of the skies above,

blessings of the deep springs below,

blessings of nurture and growth.

Your heart’s blessings are greater

than the blessings of the ancient mines,

than the bounty of the age-old hills.

Let all these rest on the head of Shazar,

on the crown of the prince among his brothers.”

She did as she was instructed. Tarrina trekked back to the dark side….

When life gets messy what to do?

We all have been there in one time or another, where we find ourselves in situations that seem to be out of our control. Much like Tarrina. She did not plan or intend to give birth on the wrong side of the moon. What was she suppose to do? You cannot stop childbirth once it’s begun. I imagine you are, like Tarrina, a good-hearted person, doing your best to live life in peace and harmony. But what about those times when things just happen?

Life lessons that bring great transformation

Many of our great transformational moments happen in relationships. Relationships with family, friends and lovers. Why? Because they mirror back to us what we are giving out. They will not hold back in telling us that we are not living our truth. Noone else can tell us what it is, we shall only ask ourselves. For the moment we look outside of ourselves, the message of truth becomes distorted.

Getting the message of truth straight

All things that communicate, communicate through the use of a language. There are roughly 6,500 spoken languages today. What language is your truth spoken in? Maybe many do not know who they are because of a language barrier. From the Creator’s Journey story above we can gather hints of this truth language:

  • Service – In our daily ordinary world we can receive a truth message from our service. Our daily, seemingly mundane, activities can very well prove a moment to be an event that truth will be revealed. Be open and aware of truth in everything you do.
  • Devotion – When you are clear about what you love and devote yourself to it, the communication lines of truth are activated. Think of your devotion to what you love and what excites you, as a telephone call with a direct connection to truth.
  • Visions and Dreams – This truth language happens within you. When a vision is experienced, it will create a transformation. A transformation so strong that you will forever be changed,. I believe visions are from our higher self, guiding us into the truth of who we really are, as opposed to who we were told we are.

What is truth?

Truth is relative to everyone’s uniqueness. I will not give you the theory of truth relativity, but principles of the truth language:

  1. Truth comes from within you. No one has the power or right to tell you what truth is.
  2. Truth is specific, unique, and original to you. Truth is not concerned with fitting in.
  3. Truth is expressed in the present moment. Truth is not concerned with how things are done in the past.
  4. Truth is expanding and growing (at least this is how we experience truth).
  5. Truth is not concerned with possibilities.
  6. Truth is creative. Truth is not concerned with laws and conformity.
  7. Truth is subtle. Truth is not concerned about making a grand entrance.
  8. Truth is its own protector. Truth is not concerned about rebuttals.

Tarrina was carrying her truth within her (the baby represented her truth), and during her ordinary service her truth was born. She experienced a vision, and received a deep sense of fulfillment and purpose in her life. Let’s all commit to the truth within us and be like Tarrina, giving service and devotion to what we love and what excites us.
