This article just comes in time when I was creating the BMC for my start-up then I devote tons of time thinking about Value Creation, since my plan is to monetize the Meditation Contents in China, where habits of paying for digital contents have not been established yet. Now I ‘ve spent time asking people what they would like to pay for and how much they would like to pay, time for the conversation to go deeper.
