It’s all in your Mind.

Thoughts can be Idea, Picture, memory that has continues processing in our mind. We often hear people saying “I just had a thought of X or Y”.

It seems that, before one experience’s a conscious thought and tries to react on it, the unconscious brain processes its work behind the scenes to generate the thought. During this obscure process, unconscious representations and calculations seems to be involved.

Now!!! This process of mind can go in two ways, either Positive or Negative.

For instance, you fall in LOVE. Well! Love is always a positive feeling but can be easily manipulated by negative thoughts such as, Doubts, Lack of love, over possessiveness. Such cases gives you a false & negative impression about love.

Just Imagine a negative thought can destroy entire Relationship or even your life.

Positive thought gives more positive feelings to love that multiply over and again. A positive person anticipates felicity, health and success, also believes he /she can overcome any obstacle and difficulty in life.

We all are aware of this fact that we cannot control all our thoughts. The vast majority of our thinking efforts goes on subconsciously. Only one or two of these thoughts are likely to breach into consciousness at a time. Slip of the tongue and accidental actions offer glimpses of our unfiltered subconscious mental life. But Good news is that we can exert some power over our thoughts by directing our attentions.

How do you explain negative thoughts?

1.I am not confident about my Job, I don’t like my job, my colleagues are unsupportive, I can’t complete my target, I am not satisfied etc.

2. I don’t look pretty, He would never love me, I am scared of refusal etc.

3. I don’t have enough money to do this, I am poor, It’s my bad luck etc.

Now, how do you control such Negative thoughts?

If your mind goes on negative direction, stop and think will it give you any happiness? Will it make things easier? Will this thought give me any solution?

If answer comes NO, You then need to switch your thoughts to different direction. Practising this will not only make you optimistic but will bring more opportunities to change your frame of mind and day as well.

Take action before stress starts weighing you down. Discern and eliminate negative thoughts, then replace them with positive exercises. Positive thinking often starts with self-talk. Self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head. Start mastering your mind before it destroys your life.

Remember! All that we are is the result of what we have thought. What we think we become. So let’s become optimistic.
