Anxiety is a blessing in disguise.
How conscious you become when you get anxious, and why you get anxious in the first place. Anxiety is proof that you love something. Starting from the place you are trying to prove something about your existence, or proving something you want for yourself to become.
The more you get anxious or frequently face anxiety, the more it is concrete proof of the level of self-love you have for yourself. At the end, you are only getting anxious because there is some hidden agenda of yours behind that anxiety. And the level of proof of value you keep for yourself to be in any moment, which you want to ace and embrace in the good books of your mind about yourself.
But sometimes, when you get too anxious, you also get extremely conscious. In that moment, you get into a hyper state of frequency. Where you become very aware of your every moment and thoughts for that particular moment, and that is very fascinating, actually. Because in the whole day, you make approximately 35000–40000 decisions; from that, you make 95% of unconscious decisions and only 5 % you take consciously.
