His knowledge saved my health!

Specifically, it helped my loved ones and I avoid possibly contracting a couple different forms of cancer.

During minute 22:45 of Episode 326 of the Ben Greenfield Fitness Podcast, he answered in great detail the impact of using Talc, which is common in baby powder and various cosmetics. In talc’s raw state, it contains asbestos.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends against using talc around babies. It’s been shown to increase rates of lung cancer.

Girls… according to Ben , using it down there has been shown to have a 50–90% HIGHER rate of ovarian cancer!

This is a list of cosmetic products that contain talc as an ingredient.

Here’s how to DIY your own form in less than 5 minutes.

  1. 1/2 cup — full cup of arrowroot powder or organic corn starch.
  2. 5–10 drops of camomile essential oil
  3. BOOM! Done!

Ben personally uses Hammer Nutrition Cool Feet.

Now, we can all avoid getting cancer! Thanks Ben!
