Adam Stein

Principal, APS Marketing

Adam Stein has more than 25 years of marketing and public affairs leadership at enterprise software, semiconductor, networking, security and marketing service firms. He has helped four different early-stage IoT, Enterprise Security, Mobile, and Cybersecurity innovators grow to either IPO or achieve a highly-profitable acquisition exit. His most recent role as VP Mobile Product Marketing at SAP helped the company build a cohesive mobile portfolio approach with the SAP HANA Cloud to boost mindshare for its 300,000 customers, 1,000’s of partners, and Global 2000 prospects.

Adam began his marketing career in Boston leading marketing services agencies and holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Emerson College and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Adam will co-anchor with Carolyn Galvin, Director of Partnership Marketing, at the Competitive Insights session for the Discover Trends Roundtable.

Dennis J. Chapman Sr.

President/CEO, The Chapman Group

Dennis J. Chapman Sr. is the Founder and President/CEO of The Chapman Group. Prior to establishing The Chapman Group in 1988, Dennis’ career included sales and management positions with Xerox, ROLM/IBM, and as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in the high-tech reseller industry.

Dennis brings 25+ years of executive level experience in sales, marketing, and business management. He speaks regularly on sales and account management processes and best practices to major corporations across the globe. His innovative methods and practices for sales, strategic account management, calculating an economic value proposition, and measuring customer feedback have been published for many years. He is a dynamic, enthusiastic speaker whose ideas and vision consistently inspire and motivate his audiences.

Dennis is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts School of Business and was a long-standing member of the Board of Directors for SAMA (Strategic Account Management Association). He has served as a panelist for the John’s Hopkins School of Business MBA program and as a guest speaker at the School of Marketing, Loyola University, Baltimore, Maryland.

Dennis will be a panelist for Outcomes 101: Optimize Your Future breakout session.

John Holland

Co-Founder and Chief Content Officer, CustomerCentric Selling

Prior to offering sales training and consulting John spent 20 years in sales and sales management in high tech companies. He joined Solution Selling® in 1993 and co-founded CustomerCentric Selling® in 2002. CCS® has been recognized as one of the top sales methodologies every year since 2009 by The Sales Training Industry.

John co-authored CustomerCentric Selling and Rethinking The Sales Cycle, both published by McGraw-Hill. A VP of Marketing from Marketo cited them as 2 of the top 5 most relevant books to understanding Sales 2.0. CCS® has a worldwide network of Business Partners and a client base of over 1,400 companies.

Rick Crump

Principal and Founder, KineticXperience

Rick Crump is the Principal and founder of KineticXperience a managerial consulting firm in Reading, Pennsylvania. Rick partners with clients to improve customer experiences and processes that have the most impact on their brand and bottom line performance. With over 18 years’ applied experience, in multiple industries, Rick specializes in four areas of analysis and design: Strategic Business & Product Lifecycle Planning, Customer Experience, Process Engineering, and Digital Workflow.

He has worked as a practitioner, teacher, mentor, and leader; Rick consults executives, leads project teams, and equips his clients to accomplish their business objectives and differentiate themselves from competition. Prior to founding KineticXperience, Rick created and managed various customer experience, six-sigma, and digital business programs for his employers.

Rick is also an accomplished speaker, with over 20 years’ experience representing employers, partners, and his own firm.

Shari Levitin

CEO, Levitin Group

Shari is an internationally known sales strategist, writer, speaker and entrepreneur, and the author of Heart and Sell: 10 Universal Truths Every Salesperson Needs to Know. She is CEO of Shari Levitin Group, a global training and consulting firm and one of Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing Companies. Under her direction, Shari Levitin Group has trained thousands of salespeople and corporate leaders in her Third Level Selling™ training system — creating over a billion dollars in ROI for some of the world’s top corporations, such as Four Seasons, Hilton, Hyatt, Jaguar, RCI, Sprint, and State Farm. In addition to her work, Shari is an adjunct professor at the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business, and a member of the Utah Advisory Board of the Sundance Institute.
