We just crossed a milestone together: over $1,000,000,000 in bills paid through Prism! One billion. Our team is floored — it means so many things. It means that you, and hundreds of thousands more people, believe in the app we work so hard on. It means that we are fulfilling our dream of helping people. Oh, and it’s a pretty fun number to flash around. Looks nice printed and hanging on the wall 😜
It’s been a wild ride
We’ve grown. Our founder occasionally reminisces on “back in the day when there were less than ten customers,” and we all politely roll our eyes. Most of us weren’t there for that. But it’s a real story that shows contrast . . . and it’s exciting, and it’s scary. You, and so many other people are trusting us to help with their finances now, and money is a pretty sensitive topic for most people. That’s a lot of responsibility.
We won’t lie. It’s been tough. But challenges caused by growth are the best types of problems to have. And through it all, we kept developing solutions that were grounded in what matters most: helping you stay on top of your bills. We added thousands more billers to our network, streamlined our support process, made it possible for you to pay anytime, and added more payment options for even greater flexibility.
Really, this milestone is about you
You’re part of the Prism team. In fact, you’re the most important part. You’re the reason we add new features, redesign things to make the app easier to use, and add more supported billers to our network (we’re at 11,000+)! We’re going to keep working hard to be the best real-time, bill tracking and bill payment app available, helping you organize your financial life.
