Could A Smoothie Be Any Easier?
For all of my foodies, who are always on the go, I have the perfect product for you. Let me introduce you to SaladPower!

First, you have to understand, SaladPower is such an amazing brand. They have found the perfect combination of science and food. Meaning their products are made from real food ingredients - kale, carrot, spinach, celery, cucumber, tomato, and bell pepper - but they also help keep you fit and healthy. Each one of their products is going to be higher in vitamins and lower in sugar than most of the fruit and vegetable juices you find in the store. And they come in four great different flavors!
These are great on their own, and I definitely chug them down when I see the rainy weather and feel a cold coming on. You can’t beat how much vitamin C is in them! But for today’s use, I added them into my smoothie recipe.
After giving the bottle a quick shake, I pour it into an ice cube tray. One bottle usually gives me about 24 ice cubes. It’s as simple as that, I usually use about 4 cubes per smoothie and can change up the flavors as I go. But I know that every smoothie that has a handful of these SaladPower ice cubes is nutritionally much healthier and I didn’t have to spend any extra time chopping up my veggies.
For the smoothie bowl above I used:
- 4 SaladPower Pineapple Ice Cubes
- 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Peach
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Banana
- 2 Large Strawberries
- Handful of Blueberries & Blackberries
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Sees
