Yes to Goya! Homemade beans are best, sure, but I keep a dozen cans of Goya black beans in the pantry at all times in case I’ve forgotten to plan for lunch. Put a can of Goya beans in some tupperware, grate cheese on top. Once at work, microwave, then douse in copious amounts of Valentina, which I keep at my desk.
