In Technology Blueprint Ltd., we provide exceptional university students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience by working with us. We offer a variety of internship opportunities to young people from all over the world.
Interns perform practical work assignments in a variety of professional fields, applying and developing their skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. It’s not just the extra sets of hands that make interns advantageous. We believe they bring fresh, new ideas to the company and can often see things from different perspective that we might not.

I came to UK as a fresh graduate, after 6 months of searching for a full-time job, with literally no experience in living or work abroad. My language capability was not great, my marketing experience only come from third sector or volunteering, but I knew I had nothing to loose and it supposed to be only for 3 months. However, even after all successful interviews, I was so scared and uncertain, that I’ve almost cancelled it all. Thanks God, I didn’t!
My sending organisation told me that the guys in TBL are very friendly and patient and all previous interns have only good experience with them. Now, I can only confirm it. My mentors provided me enough time to become familiar with the company, our products and services; they were opened to any questions I’ve had and any help I’ve needed. They encourage confidence in me every day. Week after week I was revealing how professional, educated, hard-working and experts in their fields, they all are. And last but not least, how they care about each other. I think it’s important that your colleagues and supervisors are your friend, especially because you spend 40 hours a week at work. And that’s exactly what can be found here, in TBL. Friendly atmosphere and the team dedicated to provide the best for the clients, which, at the end of the day, are becoming friends, too.
I couldn’t be more grateful for this opportunity and can’t believe I’m already approaching a year of working here. Of course, it’s not always easy and I have so much to learn and to improve every day, but I’m determined to do my best. We’re all on our way...

My life in UK has begun more than one year ago. I had a fantastic opportunity straight after my master’s exams to come as a marketing trainee to a technology company — TBL in Leamington Spa. To be honest technology is quite far from me, first I was thinking and I only studied general marketing for one semester during the uni. Despite of that TBL have chosen me to refine my theoretical knowledge and enhance practical experience within the marketing role I have been given.
I still can’t believe that this has all happened to me and I am that lucky to still be here. My initial thoughts when I came to UK — Coventry were not too positive. I was hesitating till the final moment whether to accept the offer. I remember very well my video skype interview with one of the directors, even though he was very kind and nice I was so stressed that I could barely concentrate and give him clear understandable answers and afterwards I was told that they accepted me. That was a big surprise and challenge together. I was scared coming to a foreign country not knowing anyone, moreover I didn’t feel confident enough performing at a work environment in English.
Fortunately, from the beginning I was surrounded in the office with the most sympathetic and helpful people who made me adapt to the community and work space easily and feel utterly comfortable. I haven’t mentioned yet the professional expertise of the members of the company, directors who I will admire forever. I have never had an opportunity before to be part of a company, directly communicate and get know the most crucial members of a company. They have not only spend plenty of time training me and endeavouring me to understand how the company works, what are my main responsibilities are, whenever I had doubts or queries I could just freely turn to any of the directors who were willing to enrich me with their thoughts and wise advises. This is the attitude that is lacking in many different companies in my opinion.
This familiar work environment was provided to me and I was happily part of it for three months. The days, weeks, months were flying by too fast, once I just realized it was my last day and the next day I’m not going to engage with this perfect team. I was feeling very sad that this period has ended in my life, but more I was thankful getting this precious possibility from the company, enabling me to gather various useful perspective and gain practical experience in a foreign country working with an international qualified team. Certainly this internship will be remarkable in my future career and I will be proudly referencing anyone my hosting company — TBL.
