Sales underway at New Chinatown

Sales at Liverpool’s landmark New Chinatown development have begun apace as the project captures the imagination of investors at home and in the Far East.

Billed as ‘ a city within a city’ and a flagship of the UK Government’s Northern Powerhouse initiative, New Chinatown is the brainchild of developer North Point Global and is set to breathe new life into Liverpool’s Chinatown quarter.

The development comprises a mix of 790 residential apartments, from studios to 3-bed townhouses, and commercial space to include restaurants, shops and traditional sunken streets.

Set over three phases, the first phase of 116 apartments is due for completion Q4 2017 with work having begun earlier this year.
Prices start at £100,471 through new homes agency PropertySeed.
