Provectus Opens a Software Development Center in Kiev

Provectus Inc. announces the opening of a new software development center in Kiev.

Provectus’ Odessa office hosts more than 300 employees, many of whom had relocated from other cities, including Kiev.

The COO of Provectus Inc., Nick Antonov, commented on the new office’s opening:

“As our company grew and developed, we often thought about widening our geographic presence. Without a doubt, beyond the region of Odessa, the whole of Ukraine is rich in ideas and talented individuals. With the opening of our new office, even more talent is able to join our friendly team and work on projects with us; as of now, even in Kiev.”

The reason for selecting Kiev as the new location was mainly due to an outstandingly developed I.T. infrastructure in the region.

“Our company actively tries to show a strong presence on local I.T. markets. We have been working hand in hand with specialized universities and education institutions with the goal of investing in the training of a new generation of I.T. specialists. Every year Provectus hosts a number of technology related events in the form of Expert Days, meet-ups, Expert Fridays, and even large scale conferences such as the Odessa Dribble Meet-up and the Apps Conference. Likewise we are very eager to contribute to the development of Kiev’s I.T. community. Fingers crossed we will be warmly greeted!” — added Nick Antonov, COO, Provectus Inc.

The new modern office boasts a large terrace and an outstanding panoramic view conveniently located next to the “Olimpic” subway stop. Starting in 2016, in the capital’s commercial center, around thirty technical specialists, locals as well as those who have chosen to relocate on a temporary or permanent basis, will begin working.
