Being “adventurous” can be defined completely differently by each person.
Stepping out of your comfort zone is not easy to accomplish, but it is well worth it to make you deflect from your everyday life routine.
The Provoco team challenges you to start off with something small but new to you. If you don’t have time, money or bravery for big adventures — that is totally OK here! Try things you have never done before and don’t forget that as you are walking out of your comfort zone, you are also expanding it!
Meet up with someone new. There is no difference if it’s a date or just a new friend. This experience definitely can be as exciting as a bungee jumping. Wishing to find someone just like you to visit your dream spot destination? Place a public ad on social media — you might receive some surprising replies and even a friend for life!
Explore new places in your neighborhood. Set a mood for adventure and turn in a direction you’ve never been before. Just go without a plan and see what happens next. Take your camera and shoot a set of photos of the most unexpected findings or make a video of the most unique scenes.
Dine alone in an exciting place. Find an interesting place to eat: it could be a new fancy café or just a simple cozy place in a park (bring your own food). You get some bonus points for exploring a new type of cuisine!
Build up a tent in your backyard. There is an entire modern movement called gamping (garden + camping) in some parts of the world. People who cannot go camping in the wild could pitch a tent in their own backyard. Changing up the place you wake up can inject an unexpected amount of inspiration into your everyday life.
Get wet. Don’t run inside as soon as it starts to rain! Enjoy every drop of water, as you did when you were a child. Jump with both feet into a puddle. You might feel like a child but exceptionally this feeling makes it special!
Challenge yourself and others around you!
