I have always imitated my Dad, even when I was a little kid. My family used to notice how everything I do, my working style, way of talking, everything is similar to that of him. And I used to feel so proud when they used to tell me that. His presence always leaves a mark wherever he goes. The appreciation that his colleagues show makes me think, this is the kind of respect I want to gain within my workspace. I value his ability to manage his personal and professional life so effortlessly, and to maintain a calm in the midst of the biggest of problems. Referred to as the Lion of the food industry, his innovation has transformed the fortunes of big industries.
I am trying to and I am going to be like my father. The question is, How am I going to do it? I am going to do the same thing which my father did.
Dream big!
There’s no harm in dreaming big. I see people underestimating themselves; they end up living a mediocre life trying to make themselves feel contented with what they have. To know your strengths is good but to assume negative outcomes before even trying is the worst. Only the few who dreamed big made it big. Have the courage to dream, to challenge, to counter, to stand alone, and to think different. In today’s world, your attitude defines you.
“Character- what you do when no one looks.”-Huffman
You see, a child demands things unknowingly. Even if that costs something huge, but that child is not aware of the external factors involved. Be that child. The only difference is, here you are demanding things to yourself. You shouldn’t be afraid of external factors. Once decided, work to achieve it. Live your life like a child; you will be more productive, livelier and more efficient.
“Seek wisdom of the ages, with eyes of a child.” — Wild
Live your life with the right attitude and things will automatically move in right direction. ☺
